We already replaced this kind of system with a DTX200 emulator:

EASY INSTALLATION
The DTX 200 uses as much space as a 3 '' floppy disk. It will be mechanically adapted for your larger ones.The DTX-200 is pre-programmed to have the same features with the floppy drive to replace. it not need any software to be functionnal. You receive it ready to work. Each floppy disk drive using a specific connection technology, an adapter card will be developed for. It only has to be connected in place of the replaced floppy drive in a completely transparent way for the system.
It is also possible to copy floppy disk, using a working floppy drive, to the CompactFlash© through the DTX-200. To do this, Datex designs an unit to copy bit-per-bit the data, including the format.
